Beef

Range / Reserve / Master's Cut

Black Angus (Range), F1 Wagyu Cross (Reserve), Full-Blood Wagyu (Master's Cut). Whole-animal or sub-primal. BMS-targeted by tier.

Lamb

Rambouillet cross, Utah Range

Mild Rambouillet cross lamb. The breed mix most restaurants would prefer over wool-sheep lamb but rarely have access to.

Pork

Heritage + Kurobuta

Heritage-breed pork including 100% Berkshire (Kurobuta). For chefs who remember what pork is supposed to taste like.

For new accounts, we ship a sample box at wholesale cost. You and your team cook through it before committing.

Standing Order

Weekly or bi-weekly cold-chain delivery via dedicated route or freight. Invoice net-15 for established accounts.

Wholesale FAQ

What's your minimum order?

For sample boxes, no minimum. For standing orders, we typically work with restaurants and grocers ordering 50+ pounds per category per week. Smaller accounts welcome via the consumer storefront.

Do you offer custom cuts?

Yes. Custom thickness, custom trim, dry-aging upgrades, sub-primal vs portion-cut. Spec it on the inquiry form.

What's your minimum delivery zip range?

Currently shipping from Colorado City, AZ to all 48 contiguous states. Direct refrigerated truck routes available in UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO. Cold-chain freight everywhere else.

Can we tour the ranch?

Yes. Chef and buyer ranch visits welcome by appointment. Email [email protected] to coordinate.

Do you do private-label?

Case-by-case for accounts with consistent volume. Branded packaging requires a minimum 12-week order commitment.

What's your payment terms?

First order is prepaid. Established accounts move to net-15 after 3 on-time orders.
