The plain-English rules of the road for using this site and ordering our meat. Read them before you buy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of circle7meat.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Circle 7 Meats, operated by Circle 7 Livestock, LLC ("Circle 7," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Circle 7 Meats is a ranch-direct meat brand operated by Circle 7 Livestock, LLC, based in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. We raise and sell premium beef, heritage and Kurobuta pork, and Rambouillet cross lamb, processed at a USDA-inspected facility and shipped frozen nationwide.
2. Orders and Our Storefront
Purchases are placed and completed on our storefront at shop.circle7meat.com, which runs on a third-party e-commerce platform (From The Farm). When you order, you also agree to that platform's and its payment processors' terms. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted only when we confirm it and, where applicable, ship it. We may decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices, products, and offers are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability. We work to keep pricing and product details accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we may correct it and give you the choice to confirm the corrected order or cancel it. Shipping promotions (such as free shipping over a stated order minimum) apply as described at checkout.
4. Shipping, Perishable Goods, and Risk of Loss
Our products are perishable food. We ship orders vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen in insulated packaging with coolant so they arrive cold. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and weather. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for being able to receive and promptly refrigerate or freeze a perishable, time-sensitive package. Title and risk of loss for products pass as described in the storefront's terms at the time of delivery.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Our Guarantee
Because our products are perishable food, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. We stand behind every box: if your order arrives damaged, or is not frozen or properly cold on arrival, contact us promptly at [email protected] with your order details and, if possible, photos, and we will make it right. Refunds or replacements, where provided, are handled through our storefront and its payment processor.
6. Food Safety and Cooking Information
Recipes, cooking guides, doneness charts, and other content on the Site are provided for general information only. Always follow safe food-handling practices and cook meat to the safe internal temperatures recommended by the USDA. This information is not a substitute for your own judgment or professional or medical advice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, introducing malicious code, or infringing the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Circle 7 Meats name and branding, are owned by or licensed to Circle 7 and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party sites and services we do not control, including our storefront, payment processors, and our social profiles. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle 7 and its owners, members, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Circle 7 and its owners, members, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site that is not otherwise resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
