Market Proof
Competitors often quote hanging weight and bill processing separately. Circle 7 prices are already packaged take-home, all-in. Berkshire pork sits upper-middle of the researched farm-direct pork band. Dorper lamb lands upper-middle of the $10 to $18/lb lamb take-home band, while Rambouillet sits one step lower as the Reserve tier.
Claim Boundaries
Beef and Dorper lamb are pasture-raised, grass-fed, grain-finished, with no antibiotics and no added hormones. Berkshire and Duroc pork are open-air raised, cage-free, and grain-finished. We keep those claims separate so buyers and search engines get clean, accurate product signals.

Current harvest windows begin Oct 15, 2026 for the next Black Angus, Berkshire, Dorper, and Rambouillet shares. Cold-chain shipping available nationwide.
Shelf life: 12-18 months frozen. Roughly 1 cubic foot of freezer per 35-40 lbs of vacuum-sealed cuts.
Hanging weight is what the animal weighs after harvest, hide, head, and organs removed. Take-home weight is the final cut, trimmed, packaged weight you receive. The prices on this page are shown on conservative packaged take-home weight, not raw hanging weight.
Plan roughly 1 cubic foot per 35-40 lbs of packaged cuts. A half beef at 220-225 lbs needs about 6-7 cubic feet. A whole beef at 440-450 lbs needs about 12-14 cubic feet.
You don't have to take them. Your cut sheet lets you opt out of anything (liver, heart, tongue, oxtail) and we'll convert the equivalent weight into ground beef or stew meat.
Yes. The most common arrangement is two households splitting a half (essentially a quarter-cow each). You'll need to coordinate the cut sheet together since the animal is cut as one unit.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable up to 60 days before harvest. After that the animal is committed to the processing schedule.
Standard share processing includes a 14-day wet age on the hanging carcass. Extended dry-age is available as an upgrade on whole beef shares (28 or 45 day options) for an additional fee.
Yes. Fulfillment ships from Colorado City, Arizona by cold-chain. The business and ranch identity remain Mt. Pleasant, Utah.
USDA recommends 12 months for steaks and roasts, 6-9 months for ground beef. Vacuum-sealed and properly frozen, our customers report quality holds well beyond those baselines.
